Yes. We follow a published rate card. The electrician confirms the labour charge and any material needed before starting — no surprises after the job.

Rates are for labour. Material (switches, wires, MCBs etc.) is billed separately at MRP with the brand name, or you can give your own material.

ISI-marked brands such as Havells, Anchor, Legrand, Polycab, Finolex and Schneider — we tell you the options and you choose.

Yes, 30 days warranty on our labour. If the same problem comes back because of our work, we fix it free.

Every Giga electrician is ID-verified, trained on our safety checklist and wears a Giga uniform and ID card.

Night (after 9 PM) & emergency visits: flat extra ₹200, told before we come. Sunday daytime visits are at normal rates.

For bookings before 5 PM we try for a same-day visit in most Hyderabad areas. Emergency calls are prioritised.

Only after the work is done and tested in front of you. UPI, card and cash accepted, with a proper bill.

Our team speaks Telugu, Hindi & English.

We do not rush to the next booking. If the job is bigger than expected, we explain why and give the revised quote before continuing.

Yes — societies, offices, shops, showrooms and PG hostels, including yearly AMC.

In most cases the capacitor has weakened. It is a quick, low-cost replacement. If speed is still low after that, the winding or bearing is checked.

Yes. We install all major brands, including BLDC and remote-control fans, and pair the remote for you.

Yes, it can lead to burnt wires or fire. Stop using it and switch off that circuit. Usually the socket contacts are loose or worn and need replacement.

Either way. We can bring ISI-marked branded material and bill it separately at MRP, or fit the material you already have.

Common causes are overload on one circuit, a short in a wire or appliance, or water entering a fitting. We test each circuit separately to find which one and why.

This is often due to the inverter neutral/earth connection or leakage in an old appliance. It needs correct inverter wiring — removing the RCCB is not a safe fix.

Wiring older than 15–20 years often has brittle insulation and is not sized for ACs and geysers. We inspect and tell you honestly what must be changed and what can stay.

Heavy loads like AC and geyser need a thicker wire (typically 2.5–4 sq mm copper) on a separate MCB, not the 1.5 sq mm wire used for lights.

Do not ignore it. It usually means earthing is missing, weak or wrongly connected. Book an earthing test — we check the pit, the wire and each socket.

No. Joining earth and neutral inside the house is unsafe. The fix is a proper earth path, which we test with meters.

Yes. We make a separate inverter line for the points you choose, so backup lasts longer.

The socket or wire is under-sized for the AC load. Keep the AC off and get a proper 15A/20A point with the right wire and MCB.

Yes. We check the ceiling and use the right hook or anchor for the weight before fitting.

Most do. We check your board first and tell you which smart switch will work without breaking the wall.

Usually yes, with society permission and a wire run from your meter. We visit, check the distance and load, and give a fixed quote.

Scheduled check-ups, labour for routine repairs, priority visits and a service report. Material is billed separately. We customise it for your building size.
